Sammydress.com sammydress i ordered over $80.00 of clothes and none of them fit, some smelled of mildew i could not reach anyone on the phone number left for contact since june 2015 and one package as not arrived yet China Internet

sammydress finaly sent my shoes after almost 2months

and they gave me a partial payment, for which i'm thankful

they have a lovely web-page i dont know why they have so

many problems with customers items, it's seems to me it's

a shame to waste a repution for a few dallors just for sloppy

customer service, will i shop again?...i don't know!

Please don’t worry,your order had been shipped out on August 12th.

However, we note that you did not request a tracking No. during the order checkout stage, therefore we are unable to track the progress/location of the order for you.  

Because it is an unregistered parcel, it may be slower than other shipping methods.

We will send you an email about the details,please check and reply in time,hope we can resolve the problems soon.

Once again, I want to restate our apology to the customer for their experience.  We are responsible for this and we will work hard to resolve this issue for them and to prevent it from occuring again in the future.

since my package i ordred in july has not come sammydrees support keep asking me to send the order number, for which i've sent over 4 times and they stiil keep asking me for it without telling me anything about my purchase, my money, my order..........please; if you don't want a nighmare do not create an account with these nut, most online stores have a order history not thses guys, you'll be lucky to see your last purchase and forget about any i say any older orders period.
