Lottery Scam received check for $4,350 processing fee $3,900 profit $450??? Minneapolis Minnesota

Mutual Financial Incorporated Lottery, Resources Management & Payment Verification is the title on the document mailed along with a check made payable to me for $ 4,350.00.  Confirms alledgedly that I am the 2nd prize winner in the second category of the European, African and USA Consumer sweepstakes promotional draw.

The processing fee is $ 3,900.00 for the winning of $ 250,000 US dollars. It claims further that a certified check will be brought to me in person by their specisl courier company. A lady,Ms. Lynne Marwe told me to deposit the check ( $ 4,350.00) and then call her back after I initially called to find out if this offer was legitimate.
