David Baily, Don Curd, and Scott in the Finance department made my car buying experience absolutely miserable. I showed up on a Sunday and found a used vehicle I was interested in. David and I sat down for the painful talk about pricing. He offered me the Sunday special price and tells me this is a great deal and its the best price available. One of my concerns about the car was that the tires were almost worn and I knew I was going to have to replace them soon, so David also said that he was going to mount, balance, and align my tires for free when I was ready for new ones. When I got home and look online the vehicle was being offered for $2000 less. Well I get past that and was still interested in the car. But the next time I go to the dealership David is not working, so I have to deal with Don. As I am trying to work a deal with Don, I bring up that David had told me he was going to install my tires for free when I was ready for new ones. Well David lied to me, because Don told me there was no possible way he could work that in the deal. Also be careful because every time Don walks away he will come back and have added a $50 processing fee. He tried to do this about 4 times. Even after all the lies I still wanted the car. So I do all the paper work and drive home with the car thinking that this awful experience was behind me. Two weeks later I try contacting the bank that we had set up for financing and they have nothing from the dealer. After doing my homework I found out that after discussing one bank with the sales reps and Scott in finance they still cant do the paper work right. Now I have to pay an extra $121 out of my pocket to refinance to the bank we had all originally discussed. I cant even get anyone on the phone to try and work out their issues. I guess what I am trying to say is be extremely careful when buying from Sandy Sansing Mazda everyone I dealt with is deceiving and a liar.

I just don't get some people.

You find that the tires are bald and need to be replaced.  So they offer you to mount and balance your tires for free, but you need to buy the tires.  But this is okay with you because you really want the car.

You then go home and find out that you can get it for about $2,000 less.  But this is okay because you still wanted the car.

You then go back and they are no longer willing to even mount the tires.  But this is okay with you because you still wanted the car.

They then try to add in a $50 processing fee several times.  But that is okay with you because you STILL wanted the car.

Now you are out another $121, but that's okay...right?  After all YOU wanted the car.

I guess what I am trying to say is be extremely careful when buying from Sandy Sansing Mazda everyone I dealt with is deceiving and a liar.

- You should have taken your own advise.  You should have walked out when all they offered was to mount the tires that needed to be replaced.  The second you stayed you showed that they could bascically say and do anything and you would still buy the car.  You just cemented that into place when you came back after finding out you could have gotten it for $2,000 less.  Just hope that the tires were the only thing that was bad on the car.
