Santander USA Roadloans Santander repo our yukon even though paid for for over 60 months Forth Worth, Texas

The story of the REPOSSESSION of our YUKON... We purchase a 2001 Yukon in Feb. 2007. Spent 5 years paying for it. It was to be paid off in Sept. 2012 due to a few deferred payments the loan company allowed us through this recession. We were eagerly awaiting having no car payment when we received a letter for the loan company SANTANDER stating we owed them approx $6,500 more after the last payment.

This is after paying on a USED car for 5 YEARS! If you google SANTANDER, you will see so many complaints. We filed a complaint with the Missouri Attorney General. We called several lawyers but none would take our case. No money in it for them I suppose. So we woke up to the pounding on the door at 2 am this morning. We feel powerless up against this big company. But we won't go down without a fight!
