I called and aslo spoke to Mr. Alexander. When I was adament that I did not owe this and the Payday Loan I did have was paid off in 2012 and nothing is on my credit report to state I owe anything. His reply was that he has two courses of action: 1. he can set up payments arangements 2: he could put me at refusal to pay and then further action would be taken-ONLY options.
When I told hinm the letter was dated October 15 ans I received it that day he said that was out of his control. I said you mean I have one week to figure this out and I go to the next step? he said yes, I could accept a lesser amount that was approved by his supervisor, if I wanted to pay in full today.
He said if I wanted to dispute there was nothing he could do but put me at refusal to pay. When I told him again there is nothing on my vredit report and there have been no "derogatories" for 31/2 years he said he would bneed to see a reort from 2012 where I was paying a payday and this new one that does not show the account. I told him that would take time -well you have one week. That was it!
After Looking for LTS Management on line and seeing the bankruptcys and everything there from 2012 I decided to look at SAR & Associates- guess what I found? Thanks to you I am much more at ease, but if all these people have received the same letter we are dealing with a scam!
Thank you for being here.

I called the FBI this am and was told I needed to take the letter -and envelope- to my post master General. He will then send it on for mail fraud: rDemanding a repayment of monies across state lines that is false- is a big time no no. I posted the scam on our community but sell trade and with in 5 minutes there were three other people that responded with the same identical letter.
Put it out on social media they have our identies, where we lived with the payday loan even bankaccount numbers! That's identiy theft!
