sar & associates wanted my credit card to start making payments plantation Florida

this company sent me a letter in the mail stating that i owed them 1,450 for a payday loan that i took out back in july of 2012. they said if i didn't give them my credit card over the phone to start a payment plan that they will take it to court and put it on my credit report. i told them that i want giving them my creedit card over the phone, i want them to mail me a payment plan like a normal credit collection agency does so i can start making payments, but she said they don't do that. and in order for the payment plan to start and them send me paper work on the payment plan that i would have to give them a payment with my debit card and have them electronic withdrawal the amount every month until its paid off. i said no, that i wanted a payment plan sent in the mail and i will make payments from there, she said no, so i hung up the phone.
