ScoreSense, One Technologies LP 4447 refused to refund my money, lied to, said I had access for trial membership 7 days, charged after only 6 days Dallas Texas

I went on the internet looking for company that provided free credit scores. I came upon freescoreonline.com. I signed up for the 7 day trial. I only wanted to see my credit scores briefly because I had just had some negative information removed from my report and I wanted to see how that affected my credit score. I new that I would have to cancel the 7 day trial within the 7 day period or I would be charged $29.95 per month and every month after that if I didn't cancel. I signed up on 8/18/14 so I new that I had to cancel by 8/25/14 to avoid being charged. I did just that. I called on 8/25/14 to cancel. I was told at that time that my trial had been cancelled. However, on the 26th my credit card was charged for $29.95. I called back in to ScoreSense and they proceeded to tell me that I had called on the 26th which was a day after the trial was cancelled. I told them that that was incorrect that I had cancelled on the 25th. The representative told me that she could not make the decision to refund my money that it had to be submitted to a board and they would make the decision either to approve or not the refund in 1-2 days. I did receive $1 refund which is what it cost to signup for the 7 day trial but never received an approval or denial of the $29.95. I called ScoreSense again and this representative told me that they were sorry but my refund had been denied and the reason that they gave me was that I called in too late to cancel. I told them the same story that I signed up on the 18th and called to cancel on the 25th which would make 7 days. They told me the same thing that they would submit a report to the board to see if it would be approved. They also asked if I had received an email stating that I had been denied. I told them that I had not received any emails so they sent me a denial email at that time. This company is ripping off people's hard earned money. The credit bureaus are bad enough by holding you hostage with there so called scores then when you try to better your scores you have companies like this with there fingers in the pie. I want my refund and I want it now.
