The salesman Lucas Carter convinced our family that my defaulted student loan could be paid off in 300 payments of 0 dollars. After debiting my account for 499.00 he called to say he was sorry he was wrong that my loans were direct loans and I would have to renegotiate the terms every 12 mos. He would still get them from default however my wife,not on the loan and I would have to provide reams of financials, income and expense documents. I gave him my financials and now no calls are answered or emails returned. I asked for my money to be returned. No answer!! Rippoff
