We did a Kitchen remodel with Sears in Beaverton, OR. PLEASE BE ADVISE... stay as far as you can from these Guys... Manager Ken, Regional Manager Marmol. They are just a bunch of scammers. The installation was horrible. The quality a joke. The installers came to our home wearing t-shirts with MARIGUANA legends on it. Unbelievable. They scratched the front of our brand new dishwasher, when I tried to call Ken or Marmol they just ignored all my calls and never made any attempt to solve this problem. Our brand new LG Top of the Line dishwasher has a 7 inches scratch in the front right by the handle that look horrible on the stainless steel material.
The product they used for the kitchen is not what MARMOL showed us on the day we got our demo. The installer installed all the cabinets crooked and I have to forced them to re-installed the cabinets. Not only that when the people from the counter tops were ready to install the cabinets were so tilt they refuse to installed the counter top until they got those fixed. The remodel was suppose to take a week and ended up been three weeks.
11 months later the counter top was getting separated from the back splash by a 1/8" it was very noticeable, you can see the counter top curved. They sent somebody to take care of it with just a filler material. Although that covered the visible gap you can still see the curvature of the counter top and I'm worry that one year from now it will probably be worse.
13 months after installation.. One of the drawers on the kitchen is loosing the front of it. I called the 1-800 and after 40 minutes... they keep saying that YES the manufacturer offers a 5 years warranty but that I need to paid Sears $100 for them to come see what is broken so they can order the part from the manufacturer.
WORSE PURCHASE EVER. DON'T TRUST THESE THIEF.
