Sears Home Improvement - JOHN AT CLEVLANDS CORPORATE OFFICE CLEVELAND Ohio

I have bought a very large bow window from Sears Home Improvement in Ohio

After the first window  yes there has been more the one window installs there's been more than two windows install .After the first window was put in I notice water on my floor wall and window seal .I thought huh .

Then it rain again and the water was pouring in my home all around the top of this new install bow window running in between the window and the wall down into my walls carpeting .I call Sears they sent someone out to look at it there technician took photos of  the water sitting on the top of the roof they built over the Bow window so he built a lip for the water not to lay there .

He left it rain again it pour in again I call Sears again they were saying it was my spouting backing up over flowing .It wasn't our spouting was clean again there technician took more photos . They put in the second window  again it breaks now there us another new window going in and the nice men installing that one said that window wasn't install the right way the last time and they put no installation in between the window and the wall so that window was put in they left and now my seal is broken on this window it looks  like its steam up like when its cold out side  but its in between the pains of glass . So on July 21 2010 I call Sears  again the girl I was talking to Debra at EXT 5627 said she would have to call John at there Cleveland corporate office and talk to him about this matter she puts me on hold comes back and says John told her if I pay the hundred dollars for the window to be install they would order a new window for me knowing the window is still covered under there warranty.

  She orders the window and tells me it will take 2-3 weeks for it to come in she will call when its in So I tell Debra to go ahead and order it for me I will pay the hundred dollars to have it install now it is August 27 2010 I had not heard from Sears so I call Debra again she look things up on the computer and said huh can I put you on hold I need to call ( John ) at our Cleveland office so she comes back on and says (John ) from Cleveland's corporate office is on the other line also he starts explain my window is still under warranty  all mechanical is cover to put for them to send some one out to replace the 4th window will cost ( Me ) almost six hundred dollars to have this window install plus the hundred from what they told me before whatttttttttttttttttttttttttt !!!!!!! I said oh really .

(John ) from there Cleveland corporate office says yes  .So I said you know what the next person you will hear from me will be my lawyer  I hung up .I also live on a main highway and I am making a large poster to put in my yard about Sears Home Improvement about the 4th window broken from them and they will not do any thing but rip me off more !
