Sears Home Improvement Floor repair squeeks; used my tools; I bought saw blade; used my truck to pickup supplies; they was running late due to trouble with truck did not call Longwood , Florida

On December 31, 2010, a crew from Sears was to arrive between 10:00-11:00 AM. They finially arrived at around 1:00 PM due too trouble with their truck; they did not give me a call to let me know they were having this problem. I had to take them to Home depot to pickup some supplies in my personal truck, and paid for a new saw blade out of my pocket, and let them use my tools. One of the men out of two was apparently new and in training. He did not know what he was doing. The work was performed very slowly. After theyleft the floor started to squeak real bad. It is still squeaking today. The floor looks very good and level however. Sears called me a few days ago to too check-in on how they did. I told them and they was going to send them back too fix the squeak. I haven't heard from them since. I had to pay Sears over $1500.00 for a job half done.
