I had an appointment for 9-13. Without a hard appointment I had to take off work to meet the technican at my house. They did not show for the appointment. After waiting for several hours I called only to find out they were over booked.

I left 3 numbers where I could be reached. They re-booked an appointment for Fri. the 20th. When they arrived they showed no concern for not showing up last Fri.

I took off work for 2 Fridays w/o pay. I was told the cost would be $43.00 to find the problem plus parts. Then after 5 minutes of work he was done with a bill of $103.79.

NO PARTS. All service priced. WHAT ABOUT MY TIME!!! Ripped off in Jackson,MS
