I have had a gas stove that will not light or will not stay lit during nearly all uses for nine months now that is under Sears service agreement.  They will not give better than a 4 hour time period to wait for them to come each time.  This has been the case for six times now with them showing up in the last minute or two of the 4 hours several of the times and then being here even longer past that time.  One time they didn't show up during the four hour period and took over a week to reschedule.
