Sears Home Services has been out to our house 3 times in the past 3 weeks to repair our broken Washing machine. They were coming out on a home warranty call from Frist American Home Warranty.

Our washing machine stopped working and it turns out the capacitor blew. Sears has been out to our house 3 times and each time just replaces the same part which blows again.

They are clearly trying to milk this for all they can get. We've been without a washer for 3 weeks. Totally unacceptable.

Do not use Sears for anything. Terrible Service.
