Sears Outlet worst exeperience ever Nationwide

Ordered two recliners when entering my address i put the complete address including 2nd floor. after getting an email my order shipped i see it came from two different locations. i call 877-927-7957 which was on email and am told the trucker will deliver to 2nd floor. two days later i call back and told they do not deliver to 2nd floor and i am given the trucking companies phone # Demar trucking advises me not onyl do they not have my shipment no second floor deliveries. I call sears back and they tell me no 2nd floor. i ask for a manager told he is busy. call me back in an hour . three hours i call them back "patrick" (calling india so i know that is not his name) tells me that because i have 2nd floor on my address doesnt mean they should know i live on the second floor (say what?????) over and over tells me to get someone to bring it upstairs sears did nothing wrong. i asked if they saw 2nd floor on address why did they accept the order ? again they woulsnt know i live on 2nd floor. 5 phone calls in one day. Finally told it went UPS. totally unacceptable as i know they dont bring to 2nd floor. and no one home during day. UPS delivered one chair left on my porch in the snow no signature. I then had to ask friends for help to bring upstairs. Still waiting on 2nd chair as the store that is shipping seems to never be open. 2-6 called sears and "mario" gave me store number to call as he cannot call back???????? Sears owes me money for completing their deliveries
