Sears,Sears.com Unauthorized charges of my debit card,Fraud-Changed date from 9/4/07 to 4/9/08 charged me twice 133.74 each. Messed up my bank account and my credit! Jacksonville Florida

Last year I went to Sears my son needed a new pair of boots.They didn't have the boots he wanted ,so the lady that was helping us said they could order the boots he wanted online.I agreed, I used my debit to pay 133.74 for the boots, that was on 9/4/07. On 4/9/08 the money I had in my account for bills had been taken out.I went to my online account to see what happend and there it was ,debit purchase Sears for 133.74. Now,not only is the money for my bills gone but I also got slaped with two NSF funds fees.I sure would like to know how to fix this.

Call customer service explain the situation. Give her yhe reciept # or invoice number your print out on the first purchase. I always print mine out and I always save them in a seperaye folder as well. They will credit it back into your bank account.
