Seawest Financial ripoff Dublin Ohio

I have been with Seawest Financial for a little over 3 years now. I have learned that my account was purchased by CPS which doesn't service the Seawest Accounts. When I called, I was transferred to someone who not only was not professional but didn't care how he spoke to me. I was inquiring about a deffered car payment.

I have never been late and I needed some major work done to my car. I was told that defferments are normally offered to people who are seriously late which I felt was not fair. I even called well before my payment was due. Andrew then stated that he could change my due date from the 21st to the 6th. Well I only get paid every other week which would make my payment late EVERY month.

I expressed my concern about that to Andrew and was then told that was all he could offer me. I always paid my account early and they don't think that people know that the interest in compounded daily so for every day that your account is paid late you accrue late fees on top of the interest. I am glad that the CPS customer service department is not like the Seawest customer service which is actually their collections department. Their job is to make it so that you have to send a payment and not to help you extend your payments.
