This company does not disclose all information when trying to get your business. I talked with the sales person, Thomas, close to an hour and wrote down everything he told me. He even reviewed the information with me. At no time during the conversation did he inform me that the installation fee is non-refundable even if you cancel within the 3 days. I specifically asked about their cancellation policy and he never said anything about the fee being non refundable. Also I had to pull it out of him by specidically asking how long I had to cancel if I changed my mind. He then said 3 business days but only informed me that the weekend was included as business days when I specifically asked him. Today, which is Sunday, I called to cancel and kept getting a recording but never was connected to a live person. I had to leave a message. When someone finally called me back I was told the installation fee is non refundable and that someone would PROBABLY call me back tomorrow. I totally do not trust this company. They advertise on the local news station ABC 33/40 so you would expect them to be a reputable company. If I dont get satisfactory resolution I plan to complain to the TV station and report to the BBB

 The person I spoke with over the weekend regarding cancellation of my order obviously gave me incorrect information or at least incomplete information. Someone contacted me this morning and informed me that the 3 day cancellation process starts once the service is installed and since I had not had service installed yet that I can cancel and no installation fee be charged. I was relieved to hear that. I just feel this company needs to train their employees better so that everybody gives its customers correct information.
