Securenet They Stole Money From My Nonprofit! Austin Texas

Securenet has extremely bad service, and has stolen money from my nonprofit. When I was shopping for a new credit card processor for my nonprofit organization, I considered Securenet and signed up for a free card reader for the couple hundred dollars of in person payments we set up each month. What was not disclosed (at least in an adequate manner) was that there is a $19.99 monthly charge which I would never agree to especially given our very low processing volume. Well, Securenet finds a way to sneak these charges into your monthly bank statements, and they have not delivered any statements to my email to document the charges, like what other more reputable processors like Square would, so they snuck the $19.99 monthly charge in for 6 months until we noticed. When these charges were noticed, I then headed down to my bank thinking that they were fraudulent charges, but alas, due to them not using their own business name on the charges and not including a customer service telephone as part of the transaction, it took them 30 minutes to figure it out, even though this is a credit union with superior service (and as an independent contractor who consults for many of them, I have plenty of comparison points).
