secures Prison call solutions On the day I open my account, I called back less then an hour to cancel because the person came walking in the door after I opened it. They took my information down and told me to hold on . when the repersenator came back on the phone and I began to question her about closing the account she hung the phone up on me. I preceeded to call back from my house and a few times and she would not answer. I call back on my cell phone and she answered. When I question her why she didn't pick up when I called her on my home phone she hung up again in my ear. Huston Texas

when I went back to my account and tryed to open it up , my infromation had been deleted! so everytime I called they would not answerd any more. I had to contact my bank and put in a despute claim. Mind you when I signed up the charge was only suppose to be 43. 90 cents . when I contacted the bank they charge me 63. 90 cents! on top of that the bank told me I had to wait for the money to clear befor the dispute can go through. so I waited 3 days and I call the bank and the money went through. I decided to call Prison Call again and they answered and told me my account was cancel and I ask them how was my account cancel and you took the money out and they hung up the phone on me once again. Until this day they continue to just that not answerd the phone and if I call from another phone and they know its me they hang the phone up! in other words this company stole my money!
