Wild West Domains GoDaddy SecureServer.net I purchased a one year website hosting and a website design but it never worked properly. But when I went to get a refund, it turns out that the company I purchased it from is not the company that I was actually doing business with. No refund was given even though there are 10 months left. I'm out $230.85 Scottsdale Arizona

I purchased a one year website hosting and a website design with NIC.COM. But I had trouble with the site from the beginning. Log ons were difficult, if not impossible. And the design software did not work. So I finally contacted the company this evening to get the site transfered over to a wordpress site. However, they said that they could not refund anything to me even though it was only 60 days into a year contract. The total bill was for $230.85. They claimed that their policy stated that I only had 30 days to cancel. But I never saw that on a policy. After pressing them to tell me where that was on the NIC.Com contract, they stated that they were not NIC, but actually were Wildwestdomains.com. When I said I never would have signed a contract with a company called Wildwestdomains.com, they lied and said that it was VERY CLEAR who they were when I signed up for the site hosting. But after staying on the line with them another few minutes trying to figure out how I had been scammed, it turns out that their website does not come up as Wildwestdomains.com but actually is: Secureserver.net. When I looked them up on Whois it said that they were actually a subsidiary of GoDaddy.com! When I asked them if they were a subsidiary, they lied AGAIN and said they were not. So this complaint is against GoDaddy and Secureserver.net and WildwestDomains.com because they are all trying to hide who is doing what so that you can't get a refund, because you don't know who to make a complaint against! Don't do business with any of them!
