Security Associates International I want to get out of my contract. They are a very stupid company Arlington Heights Illinois

I also have had problems with SAI. First of all when i first signed up the guy who came by promised me 1 month free and take my credit crd info and called it in and everything. Well 1 month goes by and i have yet not received a bill. I became worried and called to company and they advise me that i was not yet in the computer because i was to new and they were backed up. Well after that call i made 4 more calls becuase i did not want to be late or the payments pilling up. So once i called back the 5th time i screamed and cursed at them and that is when they finally found me and told me that they had the wrond credit crd number and i asked them then why did you not call me to confirm the number. No answer. So i was so mad at this time that i cancelled my card and after that i was in default. I made a complaint with BBB and they resolved the problem or so i thought. So now i had to pay that late fees and the current payment. After that happen my alarm stop working about a week ago. So my husband and i have called numerous of times waiting on hold for about an hour or 2. We keept telling the rep and the techs that are alarm was not working and they kept telling me that someone was going to call and setup an appt. No one has called but they have the nerve to try to charge me for the trip fee. I don't think so. So as of now no response and no alarm and yet they take my payment as quick as they can. Aim at my wits end becuase i do not know what i can do next.
I have tried numerous of times to get out of my contract but they will not let me.
