Security Networks AKA Monitronics Fraud-Forgery of Initials on Contract Nationwide

My fiance and I got an alarm system put on our house and we obviously have a copy of the contract. When we called to inquire about an issue, we learned that supposedly signed up for 3 years, which didn't seem right. We had Monitronics (previously Security Networks) send over the contract and then we found our copy-wouldn't you know they forged my fiance's inititals next to the duration of the contract and amount to be charged. We are pursuing this in either small claims or Superior Court and would like to add more plaintiff's to the complaint. Please contact me if you have had a similar issue.
