I renewed both of my policies in March, paid in full.   They continue to double charge me monthly even though I've paid for the year.  Additionally they refuse most repairs.  they did offer to give me $150 towards a new dishwasher but I've submitted the claim several times only to be ignored.  they are con artists.   the repairman they sent out did not repair my refrigerator.  I paid $140 in service calls only to be turned down on repair work.   the do not answer their phones or call back messages or respond to emails.  I want my money back!
