Purchased their home warranty policy 09/21/18 $499.99 Policy no. SHW-1827980 had problems with furnace and filed a claim, claim no. 352340. they gave me the phone no for a repair service who I attempted to call and could not reach.

I called many times, left messages recieved no replys back. Called home warranty service on many occasions concerning this but only got the runn arround. Winter was here and my home was freezing up so was forced to call a repair seervice on my own costing me $450.00 to make the repairs to have heat for my home.

continued to call home warranty service to get them to cover the service and only get the runn arround. They have scammed me for my money.
