in October 2005 I bought  a house by Aegis Founding group, a month later we started to get statements from Select Portfolio servicing inc. and even when I was promised  to have a refi done within the first 6 months to change the rates on my two mortgages (80@10.40%and  20 @6%) that never occurred because they never approved me for the so promised refinance. I also recall that on the closing date I was supposed to get $5000.00 back from seller's conse. since the roof in that house needed to be replaced but this also never happened, instead at the moment of signing the documents they told me that I was no going to be able to buy the house  if I did no handle another $5000.00 to them because they made some type of mistake and now I was going to lose all I had done (inspections, attorney's fees, etc) If I didn't  so they also took my savings of $5000.00 that I must had to have in order to cover the first 2 months of payments($2500.00 each)so now we have a house  that needs new roof, no savings at all,  no refi at all

how ever after a year  of making timely payments  I was also denied a refi because I did not qualified according to them, in 2006 I lost my job and cried for help with refi but all documents I sent were never accepted and they kept saying that they would not be able to do it for me because they were only a loan servicer  not  a bank. when I found another job (now 70% less income) we had to go several months feeding our kids and selves with bread and water so that we could pay the mortgages. many times our electric and or gas services were interrupted for non payment and some family members help us getting them back on using their credit cards.  when I found a more decent job I had to travel 50 miles back and forward every day so now I could not afford the gas so we decided to stay at work during the week and weekends  we would go back home,

one day on Friday  when we got back from work we found signs at the front yard "bank owned property, FOR SALE"  and could not get in because the had changed all locks in the house. so not just we lost our house but also all our individually personal property and we had to start wondering since.  of course I did failed payments in the mortgages but only after every efford to have some type of resolution was wasted by their on calculated tricks. and I will like to joint any law suit against them if possible.
