They said I didn't pay property taxes so they added them into my payment. I gave them cancelled checks, screen prints from the auditor site and the statement from the auditor saying the taxes were paid. Talked to several people on several occasions. They all said they would take care of it but no one did. I have been forced to pay $200 extra dollars per month because I can not get anyone to take care of it. Now they said I don't have homeowners insurance and they are going to charge me for it.
