As of last year 2015 placed two (2) seperate orders with this company using then the name SHEINSIDE as of this year they now use SHEIN same company same owners.

The oders were placed for 1 - Jacket and 1 - Cable Sweater

The Jacket was not labeled correctly wrong size.  The Cable Sweater was used and smelly.

Both items were paid for both items were returned for REFUND.

COMPANY ALLEGES I NEVER PAID FOR ORDERS, I CANCELLED ORDERS, THEY CAN'T FIND MY ORDERS

Company refused to REFUND merchandise stating as follows:

1.  I never placed order

2.  I never paid for oder

3. I canceled order

The company BLOCKED all emails I send stating NO SUCH EMAIL

They BLOCKED all of my emails claiming there is NO SUCH EMAIL ADDRESS i.e., listed above

Company states to me via ' LIVE CHAT ' since they blocked my emails that I never placed order, they never shipped the orders, I canceled orders referencing above Jacket, Cable Sweater.

Per SHEINSIDE web cite depending on the day you view products you have CODES to use for additional discounts my code was SHE40 - 40% additional discount company refused to apply the additional discounts.

SHEINSIDE REFUSED TO HONOR DISCOUNTS STATED ON THEIR WEBCITES

I retuned both items to the following address per ' LIVE CHAT '

SHEINSIDE a/k/a SHEIN (as of 2016) then states they never recieved the package back USPS confirmed they did.

The company then UNBLOCKS my emails then states oh no my orders were with ROSEGAL turns out this company is fraudulent in every respect.

They use 3 three different addresses:
