I placed an order with SheInside on February 10th 2015.  When I was alerted that I would be eligible for Express Shipping if my order was over $100, I added a couple more items.

It's February 28th and I'm still waiting for my order!  I've contacted them multiple times.  I have never been able to get through to their Online Chat.  One of the emails I finally received back from them stated they just got back to work from "The Spring Festival(17th - 25th, Feb 2015)".  What?!  I placed my order on Feb 10th.  What did they do between the 10th and the 17th??

The other messages I have received from them state "Can you just be patient a couple of days."  I finally found a tracking number to track my shipment.  However, it looks like it's only for 1 of the 10 items I ordered.  There's now information for most of the items I orderd - and paid over $100 for!

Today I checked USPS online tracking again and it shows my package arrived at the postal office in my city yesterday, but it was undeliverable as addressed.   I called the USPS customer service number.  While they were sympathetic, they didn't have access to the reason it was undeliverable.  They guessed there was something wrong with the mailing label from the company.  While the post office ships undeliverable items back to the company the same day if a package is undeliverable as addressed, they told me I could call my local post office on the chance that they haven't shipped it back yet.  It's Saturday, so I'm out of luck until Monday, as the local post office is closed until Monday.

Based on all of the complaints I've read online about SheInside, I'm worried I won't ever receive the items I ordered-and paid over $100 for- from SheInside.  There are so many people who ordered and never received their items-or their money back, people who received completely different items from what they ordered and weren't able to return them..  And I've experienced first hand their condescending emails in response to the emais I've sent asking for information regarding the shipment of my order.

Is there legal action that can be taken against this company?  I agree that some of the reviews on SheInside appear to be paid reviews.  I blame myself for not doing my research before ordering from this company(My order started out as a favor for my son-he asked me to order a few things he wanted to give to his girlfriend for Valentines Day).

I don't know what to do next??!!
