Went on 04/22/16 to check on one 2003 Mercury mountaineer silver with intention of buying it. The dealer said we had to make a deposit of $500.00 to test drive it he gave a receipt for the vehicle showing balance of $2,000 when I return back he was not there the guy that working with him called him when we return back to let him know we was back he ask if we going to take it I said no he said I got to wait until the vehicle sell to get back my money I said it have too much of problems so I can't take it after that day he I never saw him again when I call his phone is today tomorrow now I went back to the gas station today the claiming he is just renting to put the cars and the refusing to give me his full name he got about 7 cars out there to sell but don't want to give me back my money

@Stacy like you crazy or something this guy number is on the vehicles I outside and when you call him he directed you to go to inside to get the keys from his working inside until he arrives the w I worker which is the cashier at the service station who is selling and dealing with everything at the service station and claiming the guy Carl is his boss when carl arrived he went straight behind the behind the counter to get his paper work and testing plate. So what do you expect? So when you go to do business at these places, you got to ask for the boss ID's. This is messed up, i will not just give my money to a man sitting outside a gas station. Suddenly the gas station is distancing the self from him and the have all the vehicle keys behind the counter.

Your report makes no sense!!!! Shell is a GAS STATION!! So there is a man selling cars at a gas station and you just gave him $500.00????? Idiot.
