"Ship Your Car Now" ripped me off $1000.00 Security Deposit! I contacted "Ship Your Car Now"- Anthony Pissano / d**k Lawson to arrange for the shipment of a vehicle from Tampa to Can Cun Mexico. I provided "Ship Your Car Now" with a $1,000 deposit to reserve space on a ship owned by "Sea Central Shipping" in Tampa, Fla. When I arrived at the port in Tampa,"Sea Central Shipping" had no record of my reservation through Anthony Pissano of "Ship Your Car Now." I contacted Anthony Pissano via telephone and email and "Ship Your Car Now" refused to return my calls and emails. They then refused to answer thier telephone at the numbers listed in their advertisements."Ship Your Car Now" had blatantly stolen my $1000 deposit. "Ship Your Car Now" are theives and con men with a slick website but is actually a shadow company now being investigated by the Fla Dept of Commerce, The Florida State Police and the Tampa Bay Police Dept.

Modus Operandi-Never Answer the Question

AUTHOR: Fooled Me Once - ()

POSTED: Sunday, November 17, 2013

In my experience this is just how this company operates. They never address the issue. They give ten reasons why you are wrong but never explain what they have done or what happened to your money or your car. I am very sorry to see you had a bad experience with them, as well. I am a little relieved to see that I am not the only one who has gone through hell and back with these people, who took three months to send my car to me (yes, my car has been gone for three months). I was really beginning to think that perhaps I was not understanding them, but I have re-read my communications with them and now have read hundreds of negative reviews against them and everyone says basically the same thing. They take your money, they lie, they are scammers, etc. I wish I had seen all of this information before I ever picked up the phone to call them. I guess experience is the only way we learn. Good luck to you getting your money back.

So?

So, you never addressed the OP's issue? To an educated person such as myself that means there is some validity to his claim. In simple terms, it sounds like you never performed the services you received a deposit for. That is the way I am looking at it. Hope for your sake you are able to clear this matter up otherwise it is bad for business.

This report is an outright lie.  The customer in question threatened my life as well as my families and my livelihood.  Our retained lawyer is looking into the situation and pursuing the author of this libelous response.    Mr customer, we are well aware of whom you are, and while rip off report is protected under the CDA, you are not.
