SHOP DANI Unauthorized charges to my checking account, Internet

This company has billed me three times, one was authorized for $9.00. I did recieve the item and a couple of days later i get a second package (i didnt order) along with a charge of $68 to my account. I called and reached a female who advised to send item back and they will credit my account back.

I sent the item back out unopened same day with Refused Return to sender on it. Called them 2 weeks later and the female said they hadnt recieved it yet and it can take 6 weeks to get back.  So i call back another 2 weeks this time a male answered advised still had not recieved, call back next week.

I call back the following week only to recieve a voicemail stating all representatives were busy and call back. A few days later, I  call back and get a message to leave voicemail. This has been going on for over a month now.  Never got a call back.

11/27/09 I get an $89.00 charge on my account and no item nor having spoken to anyone there get the original $68 back.

I called my bank and had them change my debit card to stop them and I'm going down to the bank tommorrow to file a report against them.

Hope someone out there can do something for all of us who fell victim to this company. I was trying to help a small company get on their feet, never again!!
