I had contacted shop ko to see where my orders are, i had spoke to them on the phone and then finally email.Copied and pasted...I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM SHOPKO AGAIN! I ALSO PLAN TO GIVE EVERYBODY MY REVIEW.
I HAD PUT IN AN ORDER 11/26/2012 OF 3 ITEMS FOR CHRISTMAS, THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO BE SHIPPED TO MY MOTHERS HOUSE (IVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH ANY OTHER COMPANY WHEN I SHIP TO HER HOUSE) I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE
12/02/2012 TO SEE IF MY ITEM HAD SHIPPED THE GENTLEMAN I SPOKE WITH PUTS ME ON HOLD AND COMES BACK WITH A BOGUS TRACKING NUMBER AND TOLD ME THEY HAD SHIPPED. I KEPT TRYING THE FED EX SITE WITH MY TRACKING NUMBER HE
GAVE, NOTHING WAS EVER SHIPPED! TODAY 12/03/2012 I RECEIVE AN EMAIL THAT STATED MY ORDER WAS CANCELED.

I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE  12/03/2012 TO SEE WHATS GOING ON AND WAS TOLD MY ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELED
BECAUSE THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE SHIPPING AND BILL ADDRESS AND ALSO BECAUSE THEY WERE OUT OF STOCK...WHICH IS ANOTHER FUNNY THING BECAUSE I JUST CHECKED THE WEBSITE AND YOUR STILL OFFERING THESE SAME ITEMS IN  STOCK!

THAT'S FINE SHOPKO...I WILL BE VERY HAPPY TO SPEND MY MONEY ELSE WHERE!!!! I WILL NEVER GIVE YOU A DIME OF MY MONEY AND I WILL MAKE SURE NO ONE THAT I EVER TALK TO WILL ALSO. BRING ON THE REVIEW SITES!

When something has had that shipping label printed it is labeled as shipped, the reason you were unable to track it via FedEx was because the item was most likely awaiting to be picked up. When your item is marked shipped there is an attempt for your credit card to be charged, during this time your credit card may have been rejected due to the fact that your shipping and billing address were in fact different which was flagged in the system. Some companies have policies where they will NOT ship orders to an address other then the billing address to PROTECT YOU from identity theft. Shopko has recently entered into the eCommerce aka online ordering and there are still some kinks to work out. It does seem like this was a lack of communication on our part, and we understand that this being so close to Christmas the issue this has caused you, and as an employee I apologize. As for the item being out of stock and the item still being offered online I am unsure how that would of happened, unless at the the time it was cancelled and then shortly after we received a delivery of the merchandise that you had selected. I apologize for this inconvenience this has cause and I hope that you will visit us again in store or online to prove that this situation is not business as usual.
