If you did not receive a refund from Signet-Financial and you were entitled to one, I urge you to contact the California Attorney General's office and the Attorney General's office in which you purchased your vehicle.  I was notified that Signet was not backed by Insurers so the AG's office be in touch with Signet for a response.

Everyone affected, and there are a lot of us out there, really needs to contact the proper agencies to file their complaints and let their voices be heard.
