Signet Financial Group Gregg Lehman, President of Signet Financial Will not refund our purchase price for warranty, no one answers phone and they wont pick up their mail. Vacaville, California

On April 2nd of 2007 we purchased an extended warranty for $1158 through Signet Financial Group. Per the contract we would be entitled to a full refund if it was not used. 

On April 2nd of 2011 our contract was up and to be eligible for a full refund I would need to contact them via paper letter asking for a refund within 30 days of contracts end date. Well I sent a certified letter to the address listed on the contract and Signet Financial Group never even picked it up. I am beyond the 30 days now and the certified letter is now back with me. 

I tried to call the telephone number but get no answer and a message saying their offices are closed. I also emailed the CEO, Gregg Lehman and got no response. I want my $1158 I am due. I did everything to a tee.
