I purchased a warranty which guaranteed a full refund if it was not used. It wasn't and I filled out the necessary paperwork for SFG and was told I would receive my refund on 1/28/11. It has not come. I have made numerous phone calls to SFG and I am always transferred to voice mail. I have NEVER have received a return call. Now when I call the company has a recording that the offices are closed until further notice. I have done everything right and have not gotten my refund. I want my refund!!! This company seems to be a rip off. I will never buy an extended warranty again!
