It happened to me too!! I received a coupon in the mail for some "Free" samples of Silies pantyhose, mailed in the request and later received four pairs in the mail. I tried the trouser socks but never even opened the panty hose samples. Later received a bill for $13.96.

After several months of receiving late notices I decided to return the unopened nylons with a letter and the billing notice refusing to pay. A few weeks later I received a Fourth late notice.

There's no customer service number to call regarding billing issues, etc. so I'm done. They are definately a RIP-Off company trying to squeeze money out of innocent people, who some I'm sure are just sending the money. DON'T DO IT PEOPLE, YOU'RE NOT OBLIGATED.
