Silkies fraudulent ripoff billing Philadelphia Pennsylvania

I recieved an email advertising free Silkies pantyhose and included the link the web link. I went to the site and signed up for my free pair. Several weeks went by before my free pantyhose arrived.

A few later I recieved another package from Silkies. This package included about 3 pair of knee highs (which I did not request). I just thought that they sent out freebies every now and then.

Well, it has been about 2 months since I recieved the Silkies knee highs and today I recieved a past due bill for $15.63. There was NOTHING included with the knee highs saying that they were not free...no invoice or anything requesting payment for unrequest product! I don't feel that I owe this money because Silkies has just now decided that they want to charge me for something that I didn't request.

DO NOT PURCHASE OR SIGN UP FOR ANYTHING FROM SILKIES. THEY ARE JUST TRYING TO RIP INNOCENT PEOPLE OFF!
