SILV Communications Fraudulently signed us up for service Los Angeles California

Charges appeared on our ATT bill from SILV Communication. I called to say we did not order the service. A recording was played for me on which a caller from SILV is soliciting service from a man, whose name appears to be Sootaga Pouvi. Mr. Pouvi, states his position as the assistant manager and acknowledges authority to authorize the service, at the end of the call SILV Communications verifies the business name (which is indeed our business name) and address and he also verifies Verizon as the local phone company servicing the business location. However Sootaga Pouvi is unknown to us and our phone service provider is ATT, Verizon does not service that area of town. This car wash is operated by the owner, there is no assistant manager.

I called SILV to explain these facts and that I believed they had mis-dialed. Customer Service Representative Mike Davis was rude, sarcastic and called me a liar when I said I had never heard of Sootaga Pouvi and he did not ever work for us. I believe they called the wrong number with our company information and Mr. Pouvi did not listen when they verified the company name and address. I pointed out that we do not use Verizon service and obviously they had called the wrong number. Mr Davis flatly stated there would be no refund because Mr Pouvi had ordered the service, then he hung up on me.
