I was called by silversand photography to have portraits taken. The lady came to take the pictures, that went well. A few weeks went by and I was called to review my pictures, that went well. Where things start to get sour is when the photos were to be delivered before Easter and I didn't receive all of them and when trying to call Silversand Photography their customer service department or whatever they have is the worst place ever to call and get an answer and then you can't even talk with a manager. When you spend $300.00 you should receive all the pictures at one time, I don't know if you can call it a rip-off but I would never, never order from this company again. Very bad experience!!!
