Silversand Photography ripoff to there employee's West Orange New Jersey

I worked for silversand Photography in the spring of 2001. I was a photographer. I was spending more money to work for that company then I was making. I went there for an interview and was hired on the spot. I didn't get paid by the hour, I was paid $15.00 per sitting. They made it seem like I would make 8 to 10 sittings a day. I thought I was going to make $120 to $150 dollars a day.

My sittings were scedualed 15 to 30 minutes apart. I was lucky if i got 4 sittings a day. They had me traveling twenty to thirty miles in a short time span. the people that do the apointment over the phone are in Texes. they have no idea how far away spata is from wayne. they just book as many people the can in a day. most of my costomers never let me through the door to there home. Most people was angry because i was always an hour late. I had to get 8 poses to get my $15 dollars. I was driving 100 to 200 miles a day. I didnt get home until eight or nine at night. I didnt work there to long, i couldnt aford it.
