This company called my house multiple times to get me to allow a portrait sitting with the promise of a free 8X10. When I finally agreed, they came into my home, took my bany's pictures, and promised to call in about two weeks to schedule a viewing. After 6 weeks, I called them. They promised someone would call me back the next day. They said this day after day as I continued to call in frustration.

I finally got the number for the manager in San Diego, who apologized profusely and promised to fix things by the next business day. To this day, no one has called. My calls are now being ignored. I have never seen my baby's photos. They took the photos and have held them without permission.
