Bought a truck there and it never ran right. they said they had fixed it but when I picked it up, it was the same. They told me to drive it has it had been sitting awhie and will smooth out.NEVER HAPPENED. Simple Car Store upon repeated calls and messages, finially told me that they only
"repair" vehicles within the first 15 days. Buy I told them they knew about the problem and I called them again and again starting the 2nd. Day. They said "So What? Can't help you.
I asked to return the vehicle and get my $1500.00 back. No Way No Dice.
2 Local repair shops told me there was low compression and the engine was shot!!!!
Now I'm Back To The Bus. Thanks Simple Car Store For Nothing.!!!!!!!!

Extended Warranty

AUTHOR: Simple Car Store, AGM - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, August 30, 2011

Ralph from gilbert Arizona, While I checked our records and we have no customers by that name and location, I am going to assume that is not your real name. With that said, we pride ourselves on being successful by our customers continuing to make their payments. We also understand that if your vehicle is not running properly that makes it next to impossible to continue to make your payments. We will be the first to tell you that used vehicles may or may not have repair issues. I can introduce you to people who have bought brand new Mercedes and still have repair issues. That is why a extended warranty is essential. We offer extended warranties for every vehicle up to 50k miles from time of purchase at a very cheap price starting at $30 a month for power-train coverage. That is only $1 dollar a day and these are sponsored by a major national warranty provider and good at pretty much any shop in the country. We have additional coverage for virtually all major components on a car for as little as $2 a day and all warranty programs come with roadside assistance.

If you are having trouble I would recommend you contact our service department and ask about these affordable options.

Bottom-line Ralph, we really want to see you be successful in your car loan because that's how we are successful and communication is the key. Please feel free to contact us and calmly explain the situation and we will see what we can do to help.

"it never ran right"

Don't buy a vehicle that doesn't function correctly. Duh.
