This dealership is selling lemons to people and getting away with it! I unfortunately was and still am a victim to there lies! I bought a vehicle from them and it needed extensive repairs done, repairs needed as follows: Brakes were less than 2%, ABS system malfunctioned, transmission went out, electrical problems in the dash not being able to see how fast I was going
or how much gas I had and the blowers for the AC were out( I live in Arizona-the hottest state in the US I will really need AC. The back door would not stay latched and set of noisy indicator all the time, radiator hoses were leaking, has a major oil leak, transmission leak, power steering leak and starter was shot. Alex from the dealership repair service told me to drop off
the vehicle and they would fix it. 6 days later she tells me to come get it it is done, I go there and the lights were still on, but seemed ok. Drove home on the freeway and the car broke down ten minute after picking it up from repair.

They towed it back and said they fixed the problem it was a sensor issue. At this point it was 9 days after I bought the car and I still did not have it in my possession. They told me they could not fix anything else anymore and that I would have to buy the extended warranty and it would take care of it. I am on a limited budget and I cannot afford and extra $75 a month with $ 250 down just to get the warranty. They sent me out with vehicle and told me it is a used car and things happen to them sorry.

Do Not Buy From This Dealer!! They are dishonest and should be shut down for ruining people's lives!!!

It is very easy for a former customer to come on here and slander after they kept the supposed "lemon" for 8 months and now only come forward since the car was just repo'd by the bank for lack of payment.

Additionally this vehicle was re-bought at auction by a mechanic of our company since then because he inspected it and thought with only minor maintenance related work, the vehicle is now a great one for his family.

I challenge you to bring in the maintenance receipts from the 8 months the car was in your possession.
We sell and finance used cars and encourage customers to test drive every car before purchase. All of our vehicles go through a 3rd party inspection prior to purchase for our dealership. Additionally they go through a 2nd inspection and recondition in order to qualify for a Service contract backed by a leading nationwide  provider.

Every customer has the option to purchase a extended service contract for as little as $0 down and as much as $100 down. With payments ranging from $30-$70 dollars, that will protect them for a minimum of 36 months and 36000 miles or up to 50000 miles.

Any dealership who sells a used car and says you will never have a repair issue is lying. These are machines and things can happen, that's why you get a extended service contract. It's called cost of ownership. Do you buy a home and get mad at the previous owner when you find problems 8 months later? NO you get homeowners insurance and rely on a inspection prior to purchase. At some point in life you have to take accountability for your actions.

Next time you shop for a car take your dog or a parakeet or a chair along for advice because you are a dolt. Yes, an empty chair has more sense than you.

Why didn't you test-drive the car?

without apparently noticing all these little annoyances?

Can you enter it in a demolition derby, or would it run that long?

Hope you didn't pay more than a hundred bucks for it.

"....set of noisy indicator all the time.."
What the heck is this?

IMHO, you ripped yourself off.

With all the very obvious, hard to hide problems you say the car has, did you even bother to test drive it?  Did you have a mechanic of your choice check it out in advance?

I think its quite obvious what the answers to those questions are!
