Simple Car Store Liars, Thieves, Ripoff Artists Mesa, Arizona

Let me start first by saying, this company is for those that have credit problems and need a car and rebuild credit.  The process of getting a car is easy, but the selection is not that good.  Most cars are 7-10 years old with high miles.  I was in a bind and needed a car for a new job I was starting so went to give them a try.  Got a SUV and the process was pretty painless.  Was talking with the finance guy about everything and he stated that with their program, after 6-8 months of making payments, I could bring the truck back, trade it in for something newer and they would apply my initial down payment along with a new down payment towards the newer vehicle and my payments would be lower.

Drove the truck off the lot and a day later the front end starting making a loud grinding noise when put into 4 wheel drive.  Called them up, they said to bring it down on Monday and they would get it fixed no problem.  When I dropped the truck off, I asked how long it would take for the repiars, they said a day or two max.  4 days later, repair still was not done and was told, they were backed up with repairs.  The next day, the repairs were done. 

So after 1 year of making my payments, I go back to the dealer, talk to the same finance guy that helped me out the first time, and when I try to talk to him about the trade in program we talked about when I first bought the truck, he sates "I never said anything like that, we have never had any kind of program like that."  LIAR!!!!

Also, they advertise all payments will be between $325.00-$375.00 a month, but I am currently paying over $400.00 per month.  Like I said before, I reallly did not have a choice as I was starting a new job the next job and needed transportation.  They also offer a warranty on the car for an additional monthly cost, but when I asked about that, they said my truck doesnt qualify for it, looked at another car while I was there and got the same story on that one as well.

I would suggest spending a little more time and find another dealer, DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
