First, Simplx.com is not a scam. The company is a registered LLC in the State of Utah, USA, and is in full compliance with all the legal terms and agreements of that state. It appears this customer wanted more information on what Simplx was and who uses the Simplx technology or products. SimpleRebates.com is owned by the same company which Simplx is owned: Simplicity Group, LLC. The websites and services are completely separate from each other, but are two legitimate & highly valued products offered by Simplicity Group. These websites are legitimate, and provide a valuable service for thousands of satisfied customers.
