Simply Wireless ripoff- I did not get the rebates the company promised Fairfax Virginia

I bought two razor cell phones from simply wireless and was told after the rebates, $50 @ three months $75 @ six months and $75 at nine months that the phones would cost me one cent apiece.

I had them set up two accounts, one for each phone.
After three months I got two checks for $50 each.
After six months I got a letter saying my phone accounts didn't exist so my rebates were denied.

I sent in my most recent phone bills but that was not enough. I spent five months writing e-mails and calling them on the phone before they sent me two checks for $75. I also had the BBB contact them.

While fighting with them for the second set of rebates it was time to apply for the third and final set of rebates. I sent them the forms two weeks before the cut off date and they wrote back saying my rebate was denied because it was one day late.

Now I don't get anywhere with them, I have written to every member of their board (Pres.,Vice Pres. "ect")all 15 members and not one has responded.

This is a very dishonest company and nobody should do buisness with them.
