Simply Wireless False Advertisement, Not Issuing Rebate Fairfax Virginia

After completing the arduous task of filling out all forms, sending in bar codes from boxes every 3 months as required; Simply Wireless has yet to issue my rebate as promised. 2 Motorola Razor phones totalling $300 each were advertised as free with rebate. Needless to say, I'm out $600 and haven't seen a penny in over a year. I wrote a letter to their CEO and President, he never responded. I'm sure the letter ended up in the trash as this company has received so MANY complaints, and have done nothing. I called their customer service dept.....after 25 minutes on hold it tells me that they are unavailable. Multiple emails all sent without 1 response.

This company is UNBELIEVABLE. Hands down the WORST customer service in the world AND they are theives.

I suggest a class action lawsuit immediately. Please let me know if anyone initiates a lawsuit, we could turn this into a class action with the right representation!
