I had ordered the Singer Lazerstorm on Sept 17,2005. I was told that you order one and get the second free for just the shipping

We were not told what the final total was till the end.It was at least double the price. I was charged 188.00.I was never told it would be 6-8 weeks. I have tried repeately to reach this company. I have sent e-mails and got one response, that I would hear in 24 hrs that was 3 weeks ago.

I have tried to reach this company several times on the phone. You hold on because it is an automated service. I held yesterday 1 hr to be hung up on.

This company does not stand behind its product. All I want is a refund i am able to reach them. I will dispute my credit card charge and send copies of the letters I found on line.
