I ordered this product on a 12 day trial basis for $4.99. Did not receive the product until 20 days later which on the 12th day I was charged the $$99.95. I called to get address to return product and was told I would receive a credit on my account of $82.95, however I received an email stating I would only be receiving $32.45. This has been a fiasco from the beginning. You can't even talk to a normal American you get these foreigners who cannot understand english.
